I have been building companies since 2016 — in marketing, e-commerce, automotive services, healthcare and software. Today I focus on the business side of companies with strong founders and real products: operations, marketing, team structure and the systems that let a business grow without depending on one person.

I work as an owner, not as a consultant on the sidelines: I take an active role, stay for the long term and measure success in what the business is worth, not in hours billed.

Construiesc companii din 2016 — în marketing, e-commerce, servicii auto, sănătate și software. Astăzi lucrez pe partea de business a companiilor cu fondatori puternici și produse reale: operațiuni, marketing, structură de echipă și sistemele care permit unei afaceri să crească fără să depindă de o singură persoană.

Lucrez ca asociat, nu ca un consultant din afară: îmi asum un rol activ, rămân pe termen lung și măsor succesul prin valoarea afacerii, nu prin ore facturate.

2016 óta építek vállalkozásokat – marketingben, e-kereskedelemben, autós szolgáltatásokban, egészségügyben és szoftverfejlesztésben. Ma erős alapítókkal és valódi termékkel rendelkező cégek üzleti oldalára fókuszálok: működés, marketing, csapatstruktúra, valamint azok a rendszerek, amelyek lehetővé teszik, hogy egy vállalkozás egyetlen embertől függetlenül növekedjen.

Tulajdonosként dolgozom, nem kívülálló tanácsadóként: aktív szerepet vállalok, hosszú távon maradok, és a sikert a vállalkozás értékében mérem, nem a kiszámlázott órákban.

I learned work the practical way, long before I built companies. I started young on construction sites with my father, then worked in kitchens on the grill and as a cook, behind the bar, on night shifts as a security guard and in woodworking — sanding, painting, finishing.

Then came hospitality: waiter at Livada in Cluj-Napoca, and in 2018 Food & Beverage Assistant at Alexander House Hotel in the UK — two restaurants, including a 3 AA Rosette dining room, double shifts and private events for clients such as Virgin Atlantic. That is where I learned what a truly high service standard looks like. I bring the same standard, and the same respect for the people who do the work, into every business I build.

Am învățat ce înseamnă munca în mod practic, cu mult înainte să construiesc companii. Am început de tânăr pe șantier, în construcții, alături de tatăl meu, apoi am lucrat în bucătărie la grătar și ca bucătar, la bar, în ture de noapte ca paznic și în prelucrarea lemnului — șlefuit, vopsit, finisat.

A urmat ospitalitatea: ospătar la Livada, în Cluj-Napoca, iar în 2018 Food & Beverage Assistant la Alexander House Hotel, în Marea Britanie — două restaurante, dintre care unul distins cu 3 AA Rosettes, ture duble și evenimente private pentru clienți precum Virgin Atlantic. Acolo am învățat cum arată un standard de servire cu adevărat înalt. Același standard, și același respect pentru oamenii care fac munca, le aduc în fiecare afacere pe care o construiesc.

A munkát a gyakorlatban tanultam meg, jóval azelőtt, hogy cégeket építettem volna. Fiatalon kezdtem építkezéseken, édesapám mellett, aztán konyhán dolgoztam grillesként és szakácsként, a bárpult mögött, éjszakai műszakokban biztonsági őrként, valamint famegmunkálásban – csiszolás, festés, felületkezelés.

Ezután jött a vendéglátás: pincér a kolozsvári Livadában, 2018-ban pedig Food & Beverage Assistant az Egyesült Királyságban, az Alexander House Hotelben – két étterem, köztük egy 3 AA Rosette minősítésű, dupla műszakok és zártkörű rendezvények olyan ügyfeleknek, mint a Virgin Atlantic. Ott tanultam meg, milyen az igazán magas szolgáltatási színvonal. Ugyanezt a mércét, és ugyanazt a tiszteletet a munkát végző emberek iránt viszem be minden vállalkozásba, amelyet építek.

In the same year I kept investing in learning: I worked on the crew at Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within in London and attended Brand Minds in Bucharest. I also applied for 31 real-estate roles in the UK; the only offer was in commercial real estate in Brighton, while my experience was residential. So I returned to Cluj and went back to building businesses — first in automotive services, then my own.

În același an am continuat să investesc în învățare: am făcut parte din echipa (crew) de la Unleash the Power Within cu Tony Robbins, la Londra, și am participat la Brand Minds, la București. Am aplicat și la 31 de posturi în imobiliare în Marea Britanie; singura ofertă a fost în imobiliare comerciale, la Brighton, în timp ce experiența mea era în rezidențial. Așa că m-am întors la Cluj și am revenit la construit afaceri — întâi în servicii auto, apoi pe ale mele.

Ugyanabban az évben tovább fektettem a tanulásba: a stáb (crew) tagja voltam Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within rendezvényén Londonban, és részt vettem a bukaresti Brand Minds konferencián. 31 ingatlanos állásra jelentkeztem az Egyesült Királyságban; az egyetlen ajánlat kereskedelmi ingatlanra szólt Brightonban, miközben az én tapasztalatom lakóingatlanokban volt. Így visszatértem Kolozsvárra, és újra vállalkozásépítésbe kezdtem – először autós szolgáltatásokban, aztán a sajátjaimmal.
